Michael Mifsud, Co-Founder of GlowPay, is a data science leader with a passion for transforming businesses and empowering individuals. With a rich blend of corporate, consulting, and now entrepreneurial experience, Michael specialises in crafting strategic insights that fuel informed decisions.

Prior to co-founding GlowPay, Michael held an executive role at Quantium, where he led the scope and delivery of banking and consumer services analytics for Australian and international clients. He also served as the Head of Analytics at ASX200 listed Credit Corp Group, reporting to the CEO driving a range of strategic and operational initiatives.

Michael is known for his leadership skills, technical expertise, and commitment to reducing financial stress. As a Co-Founder of GlowPay, he's dedicated to providing unique wellbeing benefits that empower employees and contribute to a positive work environment.

Michael holds bachelor degrees in Engineering and Computer Science from Queensland University of Technology. In his free time, Michael enjoys time with family, fine foods and constant learning.
