Introducing Michael Mifsud, the data-loving dynamo and Co-Founder of GlowPay. With a mind that's always buzzing with ideas and a passion for transforming businesses, Michael is the strategic powerhouse of our team.

Before he was shaking things up at GlowPay, Michael was making waves in the corporate world. He held an executive role at Quantium, where he led a team of analysts, marketers, and engineers, delivering tangible value to businesses far and wide. He also served as the Head of Analytics at Credit Corp Group, where he drove strategic and operational initiatives like a pro.

But Michael isn't just about data and strategy. He's a firm believer in the power of financial wellbeing and is passionate about creating solutions that empower employees. He's also got a knack for leadership and loves nothing more than seeing his team succeed.

When he's not busy revolutionising the employee benefits landscape, Michael can be found sampling fine food, in book stores, or ideally both at the same time. He's also a proud alumnus of Queensland University of Technology.

Meet Christopher Milner, the tech wizard behind GlowPay. As our Co-Founder and CTO, Christopher is the one who turns our big ideas into reality. With a brain that's equally comfortable with credit risk modelling as it is with Python programming, Chris is the driving force behind our innovative fintech solutions.

Before he was making magic at GlowPay, Chris was the mastermind behind Badger Labs, where he developed cutting-edge solutions in the IT and financial services industry. He also spent several years at Credit Corp, where he juggled everything from analytics to credit risk modelling, all while managing a team of analysts and developers.

But Chris isn't just about numbers and code. He's a firm believer in the power of financial wellbeing and is passionate about creating solutions that help employees manage their financial stress. He's also got a knack for strategic thinking and isn't afraid to roll up his sleeves and get stuck into a problem.

When he's not busy revolutionising the employee benefits landscape, Chris can be found globetrotting, diving, sculpting, enjoying music and leveraging blockchain. Not always at the same time. He's also a proud alumnus of The Australian National University and has studied International Business at Waseda University in Japan.
